RKI Instruments, Inc. is an innovative gas detection company located in Union City, California. RKI was established in 1994 by Bob Pellissier and Sandra Gallagher with the belief that customers and distributors deserve a reliable source for advanced gas detection equipment as well as solutions to specific gas monitoring applications. Every year, RKI has continued to achieve a high level of growth which is attributed to our sales and support of Riken products and the ability to develop our own line of products around Riken’s long lasting sensors. This capability of sales, support, and development is made possible by our seasoned professionals. Each RKI employee has an average of 12 years of gas detection experience, and the top 6 executives combined industry experience totals over 140 years. Not only will our equipment protect your life and property from the hazards of gases and vapors, but with proper care, it may also be the last gas detector you will ever need to purchase. RKI offers reliable combustible gas detectors, leak detectors, and professional gas detection equipment. The hydrophobic sensor cover protects the sensors from intrusion of water or particulates. This filter should be replaced as needed when contaminated by fluids or particulates. This series of classes is open to all current RKI distributors, and is designed to meet the needs of RKI servicing distributors. Having a strong technical working knowledge of the gas detection products you sell makes you more of a resource to your customers, making you more valuable as a supplier. This hands on class will build on your technical knowledge for most of RKI’s current product line. Co-op money can be applied toward training classes. Co-op funds will be applied at the time of request and are non-refundable. Training class must occur within the year of the coop funds being used. Certificate of Participation Upon completion of training, each student will receive a certificate of participation for Basic Repair and Maintenance covering the instruments and sessions attended. Each student will get valuable hands-on training on basic repairs and trouble shooting techniques with the instruments listed above.
